Sometimes the most healing thing in the world is realizing you’re not alone. Group therapy brings together people who are navigating similar experiences — and what happens in that shared space can be incredibly powerful.
Our groups are small, warm, and guided by a trained therapist who keeps things focused, safe, and supportive. Just like our individual and couples work, we keep it practical — helping you understand your triggers, build new skills, and practice them in real time with people who truly get it. The more you show up and engage, the more you grow.
We currently offer groups for:
- Grief & Loss — For those working through the death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, or any significant loss in life. You’ll find community, compassion, and tools to help you carry grief without it carrying you.
- Divorce & Separation — Navigating the end of a relationship is one of life’s hardest transitions. This group offers a judgment-free space to process, heal, and start building what’s next.
- Life Transitions — Whether you’re changing careers, becoming a parent, entering a new life stage, or simply feeling lost in the in-between, this group helps you find your footing and move forward with confidence.
- Mindfulness — Learn the basics of mindfulness and how to actually use it in daily life. This group is practical and accessible — no experience needed. You’ll leave each session with simple tools to manage stress, quiet your mind, and feel more present.
Group sizes are kept small to ensure every member feels seen and supported. Check out our High Hopes Event Calendar to learn about upcoming groups and availability.
