What Kids Will Learn
Through guided activities, real-life scenarios, and supportive group work, children will:
- Identify and understand their emotions
- Build practical coping strategies they can actually use
- Learn how to self-regulate in stressful moments
- Strengthen communication and self-advocacy skills
- Develop confidence in handling challenges at home, school, and beyond
Why This Matters
When children and parents learn side-by-side, change happens faster — and it sticks.
This partnership between High Hopes Counseling and HBCC creates a fully integrated support system, helping families move forward together with shared tools, language, and understanding.
The Goal
To give children the ability to pause, process, and respond — instead of react — and to equip families with the tools to support that growth long after the program ends.
